Senior Leasing Executive (Retail)

About the role

The Senior Leasing Executive will drive tenant acquisition and lease management for retail properties within Pontiac Land's portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them from initial enquiry through to lease execution and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and proactively source suitable concepts and brands for vacant retail spaces.
• Handle enquiries, arrange viewings, and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare offer recommendations, and manage lease documentation.
• Liaise with property management on tenancy‑related matters and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Maintain a database, conduct market research, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Monitor arrears, follow up on outstanding payments, and support ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in the retail leasing sector.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
