Senior Legal Counsel – Digital Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Senior Legal Counsel to join a fast‑scaling digital infrastructure platform in Singapore. You will work closely with senior leadership, investors and external stakeholders to shape the legal and commercial framework of the business as it expands across Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer agreements, supplier/vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements and technology‑related contracts.
• Provide practical legal and commercial advice to business units across regional operations.
• Support strategic negotiations with enterprise customers and key counterparties.
• Assist on financing and corporate matters in partnership with external counsel.
• Collaborate with management on legal risk assessment, governance and operational processes.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Help build scalable legal processes and infrastructure as the organisation grows.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 10‑15 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracting and business advisory work.
• Prior in‑house experience preferred.
• Exposure to technology, digital infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, data‑centre or high‑growth environments is advantageous.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑paced growth setting and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, counterparties and investors.
• Experience in founder‑led, private‑equity‑backed or matrix stakeholder environments is highly regarded.
