Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support technology-driven commercial initiatives and manage complex cross‑border IP and collaboration agreements. This senior legal role will work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of technology, IP and commercial agreements.
• Lead drafting and negotiations for licensing, technology transfer and R&D collaborations.
• Support cross‑border commercial contracts relating to global sales and partnerships.
• Provide timely, practical legal advice to senior management and business teams.
• Act as a trusted legal partner to internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel on foreign law and specialist matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with an LLB (Honours) from a recognised university.
• Admitted to practise law in Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience in IP and/or technology‑related legal work.
• Background from private practice, in‑house, or a combination of both.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commercial judgment, analytical rigour and communication skills.
