Senior Loss Adjuster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Loss Adjuster to join our Singapore hub. You will manage large, technically demanding property, engineering and energy claims across Asia for global insurers and reinsurers, providing expert judgement and regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex, cross‑border loss adjustments, ensuring accurate valuation and timely settlement.
• Analyse technical aspects of property, engineering and energy losses, coordinating with experts and third‑party assessors.
• Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to raising technical standards throughout the region.
• Collaborate with the regional network to share best practices and support busy periods.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers and market stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of experience handling complex loss adjustments in property, engineering or energy sectors.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while delivering high‑quality decisions.
• Experience in international or cross‑border claims is preferred.
• Understanding of the Singapore reinsurance market is advantageous but not essential.
