Senior Manager, Agency Sales

About the role

A seasoned agency leader (Senior Manager, Director level) is sought to lead and scale the Singapore business operations. The role carries end-to-end accountability for business performance, including client growth, campaign execution, team development and financial results. It calls for a strong strategic mindset, deep industry and influencer networks, and the ability to turn market opportunities into sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the Business Development function and set strategic plans to grow the agency's presence in Singapore
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, and build relationships with key clients, brands and influencers
• Work with the account management team to cultivate long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and encourage collaboration across sales, account management, project management and strategy teams
• Analyze campaign and account performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Lead, mentor and develop the team, implement performance metrics and foster continuous learning
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and manage profitability against target profit margins for influencer and paid media costs

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in an agency or a relevant industry
• Exceptional understanding of influencer marketing, campaign execution and performance measurement
• Proven business development track record and proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
