Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy

About the role

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute its digital content strategy across all guest‑facing platforms. You will drive a guest‑centric, data‑informed approach that enhances discoverability, consistency and personalization throughout the visitor journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching digital content strategy for the website, mobile app, conversational channels, CRM and emerging touchpoints.
• Translate business and guest‑experience goals into clear content priorities and journey‑led experiences.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards and processes to ensure a consistent Mandai brand experience.
• Build a continuous optimisation programme using data, guest behaviour insights and A/B testing.
• Partner with CRO, UX/UI, product and analytics teams to improve digital journeys through better content.
• Conduct regular content audits and provide performance‑driven recommendations.
• Lead the responsible adoption of AI and Large Language Models to boost content productivity, localisation, optimisation and discoverability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading digital content strategy in a multi‑channel environment.
• Proven ability to shift from information‑led to data‑informed, journey‑led content models.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, analytics, UX/UI and marketing teams.
• Experience championing AI/LLM solutions for content creation and optimisation.
