Senior Manager, Education Business Development & Training

About the role

We are a group of companies operating across mental health, wellness and safety, and we are expanding our training division. As a Senior Manager of Education Business Development & Training you will drive growth of our course portfolio, secure funding, and build strategic partnerships while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across mental health, wellness, safety and leadership training programmes.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, institutions and government agencies.
• Source, evaluate and onboard trainers and facilitators for multiple course verticals.
• Prepare proposals, tender submissions and partnership documentation.
• Manage WSQ, SSG and SkillsFuture funding submissions, track deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Identify relevant grants and government support schemes.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to design new courses and programmes.
• Coordinate programme launches from development through delivery.
• Monitor market trends, track enrolment and revenue metrics, and report on programme performance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in business development, training management or a hybrid BD/operations role.
• Familiarity with the Singapore training landscape, including WSQ, SSG and SkillsFuture processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the organisation to external partners.
• Self‑directed, able to work across multiple course verticals and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in mental health, wellness, safety or professional development training is a plus.
