Senior Manager, FCM Webstore

About the role

The Senior Manager, FCM Webstore will own the commercial success and day‑to‑day performance of Electronic Arts’ global FCM Webstore platform. Reporting to the FCM Studio LiveOps leadership team, you will drive revenue growth, LiveOps execution, and customer experience across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year Webstore strategy aligned with company objectives, including revenue forecasting, profitability, conversion and engagement targets.
• Lead the global LiveOps calendar, creating SKU strategies, pricing proposals, promotions and merchandising plans to maximise revenue.
• Partner with Studio, CODA, Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Legal and regional teams to deliver a scalable global web commerce platform.
• Prioritise and manage the Webstore product roadmap, overseeing feature development from concept through launch and driving continuous optimisation of sales events and seasonal campaigns.
• Improve customer journeys and conversion funnels through experimentation, data‑driven optimisation and the introduction of interstitial experiences, loyalty programmes and future commerce capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM to develop acquisition, retention and regional marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives.
• Provide governance and stakeholder alignment across cross‑functional teams to ensure timely decision‑making and execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with proven experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce strategy and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence in managing large‑scale online retail platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and align multiple stakeholders around shared business outcomes.
• Experience in LiveOps planning, SKU management, pricing and promotional strategy.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to optimise conversion and customer engagement.
