Senior Manager, Global Communications

About the role

CodaCoda is seeking a senior communications professional to lead corporate affairs and global communications from its Singapore hub. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Affairs, you will partner with senior leaders to shape positioning, drive media relations, and advance thought leadership across B2B, B2C and investor audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve Coda’s corporate narrative, aligning it with commercial priorities and market expansion.
• Own proactive media relations, especially with financial, business and technology journalists in Singapore and across Asia.
• Develop and execute media strategies for major announcements, securing coverage, interviews and commentary.
• Craft tailored communications for B2B partners, consumer‑facing brands, and investor audiences, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior executives, preparing speeches, briefing materials and interview talking points.
• Lead thought‑leadership initiatives, producing research, white papers and opinion pieces on digital commerce, payments and gaming.
• Drive AI‑enabled content production, introducing workflows that automate research, drafting and distribution while maintaining quality controls.
• Support internal communications and talent branding in partnership with People & Talent and the CEO’s Office.

Required profile

• Established communications professional with strong relationships in leading financial, business and technology media.
• Excellent editorial judgement and proven ability to craft compelling stories for senior leaders.
• Experience advising C‑suite executives on external communications and reputation management.
• Demonstrated success in shaping corporate positioning and leading high‑impact media programmes.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation and a track record of implementing efficiency‑focused workflows.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Government Relations, Marketing and Talent teams.
