Senior Manager, HR Technology - Workday HCM

About the role

FTI Consulting is hiring a Workday HCM Product Manager in Singapore. The role covers the Workday HCM suite (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance and Learning) and starts by driving implementation and enhancement, then moves to continuous support and optimization. It combines strategic vision with technical expertise and involves close collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track deliverables and ensure milestones are met for Workday implementation and enhancement.
• Act as functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, advising HR leadership, HRIS, HR CoEs and local market teams on best practices and optimization.
• Identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience, adoption and system health.
• Help build the strategic roadmap for the Workday ecosystem, including module expansions, feature adoption and integration strategy.
• Own the lifecycle of Workday integrations: requirements, design, testing, deployment and monitoring, with a focus on data integrity and security.
• Work with integration owners and third-party vendors to fix data flow issues and manage changes affecting upstream and downstream systems.
• Maintain integration documentation, data mappings and dependency inventories for audits, change management and onboarding.
• Drive process optimization and automation, and advise on best-practice configurations.
• Oversee vendor relationships with third-party partners (e.g. First Advantage, Paradox, Avature, HR Acuity) and their integrations.
• Manage direct reports, as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Systems, HR, Business Administration or similar).
• 6+ years of experience in HR Systems or HR Operations roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules.
• Experience designing, building or supporting integrations between Workday and external systems (EIB, Workday Integration Cloud, APIs, SFTP or middleware).
• Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed.
• Preferred: prior managerial experience, deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM, experience in a global professional services or consulting environment, and experience managing relationships with Workday and third-party partners.

Required skills

• Workday HCM configuration and support.
• Integration design and troubleshooting (Workday Integration Cloud, Core Connectors, EIB).
• Data reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems such as payroll, benefits, finance and identity providers.
• Preferred: Workday partner technologies (Paradox, eSkill, HiredScore) and Workday certifications.
