Senior Manager – Injection Molding Machinery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of injection molding machines at our Singapore facility. The role involves overseeing maintenance, overhauling equipment and providing technical training to engineers while acting as the key liaison with our Japan headquarters and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of injection molding machines on site.
• Plan and execute repair, maintenance and complete overhauls in a demanding environment.
• Deliver training and lectures to new engineers on machine operation and safety.
• Coordinate technical issues between Japanese HQ (in Japanese) and customers, ensuring timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in injection molding machinery.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and willing to travel overseas.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
