Senior Manager, Process Engineering – Dry Parts

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the multi‑year modernization program for dry‑parts manufacturing within our Commercial Product Supply (CPS) transformation journey. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on technical leadership to deliver a reliable, efficient equipment platform for new greenfield sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define the equipment menu and create detailed User Requirements Specifications (URS) for small‑batch, multi‑ingredient dry parts production.
• Collaborate with CPS engineering, operations, QSE, R&D, and suppliers to finalize equipment specifications and ensure compliant design and manufacture.
• Lead robust equipment testing at supplier factories, verify performance, and oversee site acceptance tests (SAT) during startup.
• Update specifications based on FMECAs, start‑up learnings, and technology upgrades.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support reliability and maintenance programs.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications while adhering to safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in dry‑ingredient handling engineering or operations.
• Deep understanding of production processes, safety, quality, and cost considerations.
• Proven ability to partner and collaborate across internal plants and external suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail and continuous‑improvement mindset.
