Senior Manager – Regulatory Advisory (Risk Services)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Risk Services practice, focusing on regulatory advisory for financial‑services clients. You will help organisations navigate complex compliance landscapes, strengthen internal controls, and turn risk management into a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice to banks, payments firms, fintechs and other financial‑services entities on risk, compliance and listing requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits, delivering recommendations that align with regulator expectations and industry best practices.
• Assist clients in designing and implementing governance frameworks, leveraging analytics and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address cybersecurity, supply‑chain, data‑security and privacy risks.
• Support corporate change initiatives, private placements and other business‑related risk and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Significant experience in regulatory risk and compliance within the financial‑services sector.
• Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders and deliver actionable audit findings.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards and market practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
