Senior Manager, Sales Operations

About the role

Anaplan is looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our APAC Field Operations Organization. This is a strategic role that shapes the profitable growth of the APAC region. The position will be based out of our Singapore office and report to the Senior Director of APAC Sales Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Leadership to program manage and measure execution of APAC strategic priorities, such as new market entries.
• Drive regional execution of global go‑to‑market initiatives and improve sales productivity.
• Provide analytical thought leadership, create meaningful business insights, and develop key performance metrics.
• Facilitate Rhythm of Business processes including sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, account planning, territory planning and deal reviews.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams to improve internal processes and systems for growth and scale.
• Support annual sales planning, budgeting, quota setting, organization design and territory assignments.
• Guide country‑level operations teams as needed and champion APAC operational excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales operations experience in a fast‑growing organization.
• Background in enterprise technology companies; SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven ability in sales cadence, forecasting, funnel maintenance and reporting.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with go‑to‑market modeling, territory building and goal setting.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of managing business metrics and outcomes.
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with account and territory planning (MEDDPICC a plus).
• Capacity to handle high‑volume workloads, prioritize effectively and thrive in fast‑paced settings.
