Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own and execute the end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy for technology hiring across Singapore and Malaysia. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will build a high‑performance hiring engine that reduces agency reliance, strengthens the employer brand, and delivers 150+ hires per year at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a full‑cycle TA strategy for software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product and related disciplines.
• Manage a dedicated tech TA team of three, providing coaching, quality oversight and capability building.
• Develop and scale direct sourcing channels (LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, events) to create proactive talent pipelines.
• Activate and refine the employer brand in the tech talent market through content, community engagement and event presence.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, align hiring plans and ensure consistent recruitment processes.
• Track and report on key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source mix, quality of hire and offer acceptance rate.

Required profile

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on high‑volume tech hiring.
• Proven ability to lead or guide a TA team across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated success in reducing agency dependency and building sustainable direct‑sourcing capability.
• Experience developing scalable hiring models that meet aggressive hiring targets.
