About the role

Mandarin Oriental Singapore is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support its HR business partners. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and the overall employee experience within the luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and prepare appointment letters for selected candidates.
  • Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and the full employee life‑cycle for assigned business units.
  • Drive employee relations initiatives to improve efficiency and morale.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the hotel.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and manage internal communication channels such as noticeboards.
  • Plan and organise colleague engagement activities and maintain facilities like locker rooms, cafeterias and rest areas.
  • Handle benefits and claims administration and perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner in the hotel or tourism sector.
  • Fluent oral and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outgoing, people‑oriented, initiative‑driven and committed to professional values.

  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
