Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Singapore

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join its Singapore team. You will support manufacturing efficiency, resolve process challenges, and drive continuous improvement across new product introductions, technology transfers, and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing efficiency through workflow redesign, layout optimization, and automation solutions.
• Lead or support development, training, and qualification for new product introductions and technology transfers.
• Provide engineering support for out‑of‑control situations, process issues, and corrective actions.
• Conduct capacity studies and identify bottleneck improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL queries, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
