Senior Marketing Executive – Undergraduate Programme

About the role

The Nanyang Business School (NBS) seeks a proactive Senior Marketing Executive to support its Undergraduate Programme Office. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Marketing, you will help raise brand awareness, promote programmes and contribute to enrolment targets by working closely with the marketing and recruitment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the admissions role‑based email account, responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Assistant Dean and Assistant Manager in creating social media posts, communication materials and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitors’ media activities, compile insights and update the team.
• Prepare regular reports for management on marketing performance and admissions metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher‑education marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional after‑hours or weekends during peak recruitment periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience creating graphics with Canva.
• Ability to edit short‑form videos using Capcut.
