Senior NDF Trader

About the role

A well-established international investment bank, represented by Randstad Singapore, is looking for an experienced NDF Trader to shape its product offering and go-to-market strategy. This is a key leadership position taking total ownership of the regional NDF trading desk, driving strategy, desk profitability and product capability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global HQ and regional executive leadership to refine and scale the NDF offering.
• Build, structure and scale the desk around your strategy and market vision.
• Travel to global HQ periodically to engage with key clients and stakeholders.
• Balance aggressive revenue growth, firm-wide risk appetite and evolving regulatory mandates.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years in trading, with substantial market-making experience in FX focused on Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs).
• Demonstrated success in both flow and proprietary/directional trading strategies.
• Strong ownership mindset and highly collaborative leadership across sales, risk and technology functions.
• Bachelor's degree; no additional qualifications required.

Required skills

• Deep operational trading knowledge of Asian NDF markets.
• Experience with electronic pricing engines, automated risk management and yield curve modeling.
