Senior Occupational Therapist – Nursing Home (Pasir Ris)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join a reputable community healthcare provider in Singapore. The role focuses on enhancing seniors' independence and quality of life within nursing home and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Assess physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs of senior clients and develop evidence‑based intervention plans.
• Support clients to engage meaningfully in their living environments and daily activities.
• Conduct training sessions for caregivers and family members.
• Prescribe mobility aids or assistive devices and recommend home modifications for safety and accessibility.
• Participate in quality improvement projects, clinical research and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and institutional standards.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
