Senior Offshore Relationship Manager (AVP/VP)

About the role

Our client, a leading international bank with a strong Asian footprint, is expanding its offshore business. The Senior Offshore Relationship Manager will lead a portfolio of high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients across multiple offshore markets, driving relationship growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW clients across North Asia, Southeast Asia, Non‑Resident Indian and other offshore markets.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals and targeted business‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate with product specialists to design bespoke investment, wealth‑management and bancassurance solutions.
• Monitor financial markets, regulatory changes and economic trends that affect offshore banking clients.
• Deliver personalized service, conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain culturally relevant communication.
• Provide timely market insights and investment recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance, client engagement and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore banking (advantageous).
• Proven track record managing HNW relationships and meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth‑management solutions and bancassurance.
