Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day functioning of our beauty and slimming centre, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient reservation handling and a high‑quality customer experience. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership to drive performance and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational logistics, including reservations, reception and service flow.
• Evaluate and supervise team performance, issuing disciplinary actions and documentation when required.
• Create and manage weekly work schedules for staff.
• Review and improve business processes, procedures and systems, recommending enhancements.
• Handle staffing, staff development, and training initiatives.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide professional consultation.
• Coach, motivate and manage sales staff and therapists to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date promotions, benefits and offers for customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals through marketing and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer issues.
• Experience in scheduling, staffing and training.
• Ability to analyse processes and implement improvements.
