Senior Partner Manager – Security Channels

About the role

Datadog is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead and expand its security‑focused channel ecosystem across APAC. You will own the rollout of the Datadog Security Partner Program, drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives and generate pipeline through strategic MSSP, SI and VAR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Security Partner Program rollout, including investment focus, commercial management and contracting.
• Recruit, onboard and enable new security‑focused partners that match Datadog’s Ideal Partner Profile.
• Act as a security subject‑matter expert, translating technical capabilities into business value for partners and customers.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint solution and service offerings and drive partner‑led insertion points.
• Coordinate technical and marketing activities for integrated partnership launches and generate partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years of partner‑facing, quota‑carrying experience in cyber security or cloud security SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure and negotiating agreements.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% across the APAC region for events and workshops.
