Senior People Operations Partner – APJ

About the role

The Senior People Operations Partner serves as the primary strategic People Operations partner for leaders and employees across the APJ region, driving organizational effectiveness, operational readiness, and compliance with company policies and local employment requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional implementation of People programs and support performance management, talent, and compensation processes.
• Partner with Global Compliance & Infrastructure to operationalize compliance requirements and manage policy updates.
• Drive growth and expansion initiatives, including entity transitions, workforce expansions, and vendor assessments.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and improvements to Workday and related HR systems.
• Support regional immigration and mobility matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Required profile

• Experience in People Operations within a global, multi‑country organization.
• Proven track record supporting People initiatives across APJ markets such as India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
• Strong understanding of country‑specific employment practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing international growth, entity setup, and workforce expansion projects.
• Ability to independently lead complex, cross‑functional, multi‑country initiatives.
