Senior Physics Teacher – High School

About the role

Furen International School is looking for enthusiastic senior physics teachers to join its high‑school faculty. The role involves delivering engaging physics lessons and preparing students for Cambridge IGCSE, CIE A‑Level, IELTS and ACT examinations. Candidates will work full‑time in a supportive, student‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver physics lessons tailored to diverse academic levels.
• Create and mark assessments, quizzes and assignments with fairness and accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to help students improve.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps and implement remedial strategies.
• Maintain a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and professional‑development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in physics or a related field with strong A‑Level results.
• Passion for teaching and supporting student academic success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to plan lessons, manage classroom dynamics and uphold high teaching standards.
• Fresh graduates or final‑year undergraduates are welcome to apply.
