Senior Pre-Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions

About the role

The Senior Pre‑Sales Engineer will lead technical engagements for strategic customers and partners across cybersecurity, network, cloud and security‑operations solutions. Reporting to the Senior Country Engineering Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into scalable, commercially viable proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales technical engagements for strategic accounts, including demos, workshops, PoCs and architecture discussions.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures and produce RFI/RFP/RFQ responses with detailed designs, compliance mapping and bill of materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Vendor and Post‑Sales teams to create solution strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
• Provide technical leadership to junior Solution Architects, Presales Engineers and partner technical teams.
• Develop reusable playbooks, reference architectures, demo environments and enablement materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders at both technical and management levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, consulting or technical advisory within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network, endpoint, cloud, identity, email, web security, vulnerability management, data protection and security‑operations technologies.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, CEH, AWS/Azure security) are advantageous.
