Senior Primary Science Teacher – PSLE Specialist

About the role

Think Academy Singapore is looking for an accomplished Science Educator to lead curriculum innovation, teacher development, and assessment strategy for primary‑level students. The Senior Science Teacher will drive academic excellence and enhance the academy’s reputation as a PSLE specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and mentor Primary 4–6 Science students with a focus on advanced PSLE preparation.
• Design, review and produce high‑impact lesson materials, including PSLE‑style questions, answer frameworks and marking rubrics.
• Lead workshops for students and parents on PSLE trends, common pitfalls and MOE syllabus updates.
• Oversee development of proprietary Science curriculum aligned with MOE standards.
• Collaborate with TAL’s global R&D team to integrate EdTech tools such as AI‑driven analytics and adaptive learning.
• Train junior teachers on PSLE marking standards, answer precision and effective pedagogy.
• Represent Think Academy as a subject‑matter expert at media events, education fairs and industry panels.
• Contribute thought‑leadership through articles, webinars and performance analysis.

Required profile

• 8+ years of teaching Primary Science in Singapore with proven PSLE question‑setting or marking experience.
• Deep mastery of the MOE syllabus, PSLE grading frameworks and application‑based learning techniques.
• Track record of coaching students or leading school/centre‑based PSLE programmes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of aligning teaching excellence with business growth.
