Senior Product Manager - Rail Digitalisation

About the role

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Rail Digitalisation Division, a multi-disciplinary team advancing the Railway Common Data Platform (CDP). The role drives the integration of data analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve rail performance and operational and maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and own the roadmap, prioritising features by user needs, business goals and technical effort
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iteration
• Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with developers on technical feasibility and on-time delivery, and with designers on user experience
• Conduct user research, interviews and feedback collection to understand user needs
• Define, track and analyse key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success and iterate
• Work with the Engagement and Outreach team on product launches, training and adoption

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software/technology product management
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Product Design, or related field
• Proven track record of delivering impactful software products
• Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution and act as a liaison between engineering, design, marketing and users
• Advantageous: experience in operations, engineering, internal platform tools or B2B environments

• Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives

• Data analytics tools such as Mixpanel, PowerBI/Tableau and SQL
• Basic familiarity with Figma
