Senior Product Strategy Manager - Subscriber Growth

About the role

Circles is looking for a Senior Product Strategy Manager to act as the strategic bridge between global enterprise clients, market intelligence, and the platform product team. You will advise clients on maximizing value from the CXOS platform, synthesize cross‑market insights, and drive subscriber growth targets across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive stakeholders at enterprise clients to influence product roadmaps using existing platform capabilities.
• Guide clients on solving complex operational challenges by leveraging native platform features and minimizing custom work.
• Monitor macro trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscapes across regions to identify common telecom industry needs.
• Translate market intelligence into prioritized business cases and capability roadmaps for internal platform expansion.
• Collaborate with internal Platform Product Managers to define, scope and prioritize core capabilities for global scale.
• Oversee the go‑to‑market plan for new platform capabilities, ensuring successful enablement and adoption across global client teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Corporate Strategy or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to drive growth and innovation in fast‑paced consumer‑facing technology sectors.
• Experience working across international markets and influencing C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, API strategies and roadmap planning.
• Skilled at converting complex market research and qualitative feedback into prioritized strategic recommendations.
