Senior Production Associate – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Pall Corporation is seeking a Senior Production Associate for a one‑year contract to support manufacturing operations in its Benoi Sector facility in Singapore. You will work on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and lean manufacturing standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out production activities in line with EHS, quality guidelines, 5S methodology and company policies.
• Operate machines and equipment to required specifications and ensure material availability.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new hires and assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Required profile

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of experience.
• Secondary‑educated candidates with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, lift objects up to 20 kg, and operate in a white‑room environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
