Senior Production Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Production Sales Executive to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through design choices and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. This role combines customer consultation, sales conversion, and production coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients in showrooms or on‑site to understand design preferences and functional needs.
• Recommend appropriate fabrics, colors, curtain styles, and track systems (motorized or manual).
• Drive sales conversion to achieve individual and team targets.
• Perform accurate on‑site measurements and window assessments when required.
• Prepare detailed price quotations, process sales orders, and collect payments or deposits.
• Coordinate production schedules with internal workshops or external suppliers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven sales experience in a manufacturing or interior‑fitout environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Comfortable coordinating with workshops, suppliers, and internal teams.
