Senior Project Engineer (A1 MRT Project)

About the role

Join a leading A1 main contractor that delivers landmark commercial, residential and infrastructure projects across Singapore. As a Senior Project Engineer on a major MRT development, you will support the Project Manager in driving on‑site activities and ensuring project milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordination and execution of on‑site project tasks.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and monitoring sessions, providing regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Oversee daily construction operations, maintaining health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment allocation.
• Track project budgets and monitor cost‑related matters.
• Identify and propose corrective actions to resolve site issues or delays.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity, workmanship quality and adherence to project requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a site or project engineer.
• Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a senior‑level position.
