Senior Project Manager (Agile Scrum)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for the Licensing and Regulation of Insolvency Practitioners Division and related government agencies. The role will drive Agile Scrum delivery, translate regulatory requirements into actionable product backlogs, and ensure timely releases across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder and regulatory inputs.
• Lead a cross‑functional Scrum team through planning, sprint execution, release governance and issue resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, manage dependencies, risks, blockers and escalations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, government divisions and the Scrum team.
• Oversee release planning, ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards, and communicate progress to all parties.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve team velocity.
• Ensure adherence to government ICT policies and standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience leading digital transformation programmes in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional Scrum teams delivering government or public‑sector digital products.
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling complex dependencies, risk mitigation and release governance.
• Familiarity with GovTech technology stack and legacy system integration.
