About the role

This Senior Project Manager (Building) joins the project management team responsible for development projects (industrial and non-industrial), A&A projects or the redevelopment (R&R) of industrial estates. The role works closely with government agencies, land planners, architects and engineers.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with government agencies, land planners, architects and engineers on concept designs of construction projects.
  • Prepare project briefs and lead tender preparation to select and appoint project consultants and contractors, and coordinate and monitor their work.
  • Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and put in place appropriate solutions.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team so that projects are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Required profile

  • Background in Architecture, Civil or M&E Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in building developments within developer, consultancy and contractor organisations.
  • Experience in public sector projects is an advantage.
