Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation & ICT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale ICT and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, infrastructure teams and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions that drive meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple ICT and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Develop, maintain and track schedules, risks, milestones, dependencies and status reports.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, product and technology teams for smooth execution.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including contract renewals, licensing and vendor management.
• Support system security audits, vulnerability assessments and compliance initiatives.
• Lead regular project governance and stakeholder update meetings with senior leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and drive resolution strategies.
• Implement and improve project management processes, tools and reporting frameworks.
• Work closely with outsourced, co‑sourced and in‑house development teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in ICT or digital transformation environments.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating security audits, vulnerability assessments or governance/compliance activities is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives independently.
