Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Cybersecurity)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects covering networking, servers, storage, common services and security solutions. The role is hands-on, taking projects from initiation through to closure while keeping them aligned with client expectations, service level agreements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure
• Develop project plans with milestones, deliverables, resource estimates and timelines, and manage scope, schedule, budget and quality
• Monitor project health, report risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) workflows, including scoping, execution, remediation tracking and reporting
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, build trust, run regular reviews and escalate critical issues to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor and coordinate project team members across networking, server/storage, common services and cybersecurity workstreams
• Maintain project documentation, reports and change logs, and ensure compliance with governance, quality and security frameworks (e.g. IM8, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Identify service expansion opportunities, contribute to proposals and pre-sales, and stay current with infrastructure technologies and cybersecurity trends

Required profile

• 5-7 years of IT project management experience, including infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream projects; enterprise, government or regulated environment experience is highly desirable
• PMP certification required; PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master or ITIL Foundation certifications are advantageous
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Required skills

• Networking, servers, storage, common services and cybersecurity products
• VAPT workflow, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and remediation
• Familiarity with security frameworks (IM8, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure); containerization security is advantageous
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Planner
