Senior / Project Manager - IT Projects

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Senior / Project Manager in Singapore. The role leads and delivers medium-scale IT projects from initiation to completion, overseeing daily execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination and compliance with organizational standards, while managing risks, resources, stakeholders and project governance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document business and technical requirements, and prepare project plans, milestones, deliverables and risk management plans
• Define and manage project scope, including change control, and monitor the critical path and schedule
• Manage daily implementation, including budget, manpower, quality, hardware, software, applications, testing, business processes and data conversion
• Plan, track and delegate tasks to team members and manage resources to stay within budget
• Escalate project issues to leadership, negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, and handle change requests with customers
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations and build strong relationships with users, technical staff and management
• Lead the team, run performance reviews, coach and evaluate team members, and analyse proposals and enhancements
• Support business development and pre-sales by identifying service expansion opportunities and liaising with Account Managers

Required profile

• Typically 6 years of IT project management experience
• Experience developing, implementing and supporting IT projects in varied organizations
• PMP preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel as required
