Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital and cloud transformation projects that deliver measurable customer impact. You will work within our Delivery organization, collaborating closely with Architects, Technical Consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure high‑quality solutions that meet SoftwareONE’s delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, delivering against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality in line with governance standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear accountability across all workstreams.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagements and support business growth.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing IT, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements in a services‑driven environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of project governance, financial tracking, and delivery management practices.
