Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will partner with the Program Director to lead the global rollout of an integrated SAP platform together with Salesforce, ServiceNow and related interfaces. This role oversees the end‑to‑end program plan, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to scope across all functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Program Director in managing work streams, sub‑projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans, including master timeline, charter, resource plan, budget and governance.
• Facilitate workshops, kick‑off meetings and high‑performing team building.
• Lead stakeholder updates, status reporting and risk mitigation.
• Drive collaboration, resolve conflicts and remove barriers to keep deliverables on track.
• Coach project managers and team members, ensuring clear program priorities.
• Evaluate post‑implementation outcomes and present lessons learned to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of full‑life‑cycle ERP transformation experience with SAP.
• 6‑8 years of Project/PMO experience delivering complex cross‑functional initiatives as an internal IT leader.
• Regional experience and prior implementation of SAP in global or regional organizations preferred.
• Additional experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow or Mulesoft is advantageous.
• Good understanding of sales, manufacturing and/or finance processes.
