Senior Project Manager

About the role

ISO-LANDSCAPE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee comprehensive landscape operations across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving project success, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and enhancing client satisfaction while upholding industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the tendering process, develop strategic planning methodologies and optimise resource allocation.
• Organise and coordinate complex landscape projects, manage scope creep and maintain detailed project timelines.
• Supervise, coach and mentor landscape project and maintenance teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, conduct inspections and address quality issues proactively.
• Oversee inventory of materials, plants and equipment and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, track expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Manage procurement of sub‑contractors, ensure compliance with OSH plans and obtain necessary permits.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead tendering and planning activities for landscape projects.
• Experience supervising and developing project and maintenance teams.
• Strong client‑relationship and communication skills.
• Demonstrated competence in budget preparation and cost management.
