Senior Project Manager – Marketing Cloud Platform

About the role

Rakuten Asia’s Marketing Cloud Platform Department is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives that support its core ecosystem platforms. Based in Singapore’s Central Business District, you will work with cross‑regional teams to deliver product strategy, development and implementation for internal marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution and closure of complex projects within MCPD.
• Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria together with stakeholders.
• Develop, manage and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership, management and technical teams to ensure alignment with product strategy and organisational goals.
• Contribute to PMO capability building by standardising processes, refining metrics and providing data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level project manager in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong ability to work with leadership, management and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Experience enhancing PMO processes and using project data for strategic decisions.
