Senior Projects Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead large‑scale development projects across Southeast Asia for a leading real‑estate development and investment platform. The role will own end‑to‑end delivery, from planning and design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring the highest standards of programme, cost, quality, governance and health & safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex commercial, mixed‑use, retail, hospitality and residential projects.
• Define execution strategies, delivery frameworks and governance processes.
• Manage consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project.
• Coordinate design development, authority submissions, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and operational handover.
• Develop and control project budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and cost‑control measures.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Align project execution with overall business objectives and corporate governance standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including joint‑venture partners and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering large‑scale development projects from inception to completion.
• Proven track record with commercial, mixed‑use, retail, hospitality or residential developments.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and coordination capabilities.
• Commercially minded with solid understanding of project controls, budgeting and governance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, regional environment.
