Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer will be based on‑site in Woodlands, Singapore, overseeing product and incoming material quality from inspection through documentation. You will work closely with production, engineering and leadership to ensure specifications are met and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and perform QA/QC inspections of machined parts and incoming materials against contract specifications.
• Review third‑party test and inspection reports, documenting all results, non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Prepare and consolidate regulatory compliance reports (CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, REACH) for customer and authority submissions.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions when quality gaps are identified, monitoring key quality metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Quality Engineering with 3+ years of hands‑on QC/QA experience in machining or manufacturing, or Diploma with 10+ years equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 13485 is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMM operation, basic programming and inspection methodologies.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis, plus a willingness to learn regulatory frameworks such as CBAM, PFAS, RoHS and REACH.
