Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Corporate Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and corporate projects across Singapore. Based at our Tai Seng headquarters, you will oversee the full QS lifecycle, from tender preparation to final account settlement, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Conduct site measurements and verify progress valuations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash‑flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience managing QS activities from pre‑tender through to final account is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and/or office fit‑out projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
