About the role
The company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial fit‑out and interior projects in central Singapore. You will act as a sales support liaison, handling client inquiries and managing the full tender and project cycle from quotations to final accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing sales support.
- Obtain specifications from clients or designers and calculate quantities from floor‑plan drawings.
- Prepare samples, quotations and tender submissions.
- Manage the full project cycle, including variations, claims and final accounts.
- Follow up with clients on quotation orders and oversee invoicing.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience in commercial interior design (ID) projects or HDB projects in Singapore.
