Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves managing cost control, contract administration, and supplier negotiations for large‑scale projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse cost comparisons for project components.
• Obtain quotations, liaise with and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Measure quantities and perform take‑offs for accurate budgeting.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements and process subcontractor payments.
• Handle all other quantity surveying tasks as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Building or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of quantity surveying experience in main‑contract construction companies.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and managing variation orders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and independent working capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
