Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our design team in Singapore. You will lead cost management activities across interior fit‑out projects, ensuring financial control and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies and detailed cost plans.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and compile tender documentation.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow and cost‑control processes.
• Process interim payment applications, claims and variation valuations.
• Settle final accounts and resolve contract disputes.
• Guide, mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors.
• Liaise with clients, architects and project managers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of interior design / addition & alteration experience in Singapore.
• Strong numerical aptitude and resourcefulness.
• Proven experience in full interior fit‑out projects.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and ability to start on short notice.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis, cost control and cost planning.
