About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join Sunrise Building Services in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage cost estimation, budgeting, progress claims and financial reporting for design‑and‑build projects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare design & build tender submissions, budgetary estimates, progress claims, variation orders, and conduct cost control.
Handle contract matters, technical requirements and authority approvals.

Required profile

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in quantity surveying.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
