About the role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead tender teams and manage the QS function across building works projects throughout Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Lead tender teams for building works projects, providing QS inputs, pricing and submissions.
- Manage and develop the QS team from junior to senior levels.
- Oversee QS activities in projects, including cost control, variations and claims.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.
Required profile
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
- Strong knowledge of building works, contracts and pricing.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Experience with public and private residential housing and institutional projects.
- Professional QS certification is an advantage.
