Senior Recruiter – R&D & Business Hiring

About the role

Constructor Group is establishing its global AI and Quantum headquarters in Singapore and needs a hands‑on Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for both R&D and business functions across APAC. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies in a fast‑growing, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers, business leaders and HR stakeholders in Singapore and internationally.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles such as Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Quantum researchers, Product Managers and QA Engineers.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑R&D functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Administration.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical positions across the APAC market.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, academic networks and direct outreach to attract candidates.
• Conduct structured competency‑based and behavioural interviews using the STAR method.
• Provide market insights, calibrate role requirements and support hiring decisions.
• Track and improve recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion and offer acceptance rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter handling both technical and business roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimising recruitment metrics.
